A RALLY WAS TAKEN OUT BY EKLAVYA ENTERPRISE TEAM TO MAKE EVERYBODY AWARE ABOUT THE  IMPORTANCE OF ENERGY RESOURCES.A STRONG MESSAGE WAS GIVEN TO SAVE ENERGY RESOURCES FOR THE COMING GENERATIONS. 

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Yesterday we visited BIG FM. It was a great experience for all of us. We met  famous R.J's of Jalandhar Mr. Sufi Ahuja and Mr. Jassi. They were very  friendly with us.  They signed the pledge and filled the form also. They really liked the E- Waste Presentation given by the students. The recording of the Presentation will be soon on air. 

OUR VISIT TO BIG FM (Radio Station)

On 10th December students of class 9 and 10 along with the teachers are going to visit BIG FM (one of the famous channels of Radio Station Jalandhar). Students are very excited as it will be there first visit to Radio Station. They all have prepared their presentations and they are ready to answer the queries. They are going to carry Eklavya Enterprise CD, Poster, Pledge and Form.

Our Plannings

Doordarshan Coverage was liked by everyone. Parents also appreciated the efforts of the students. It really boosted the morale of our students. 
Now we are planning to visit Doordarshan Kender Jalandhar, NIIT Jalandhar and Mayor's office(Jalandhar)  as soon as possible.

Doordarshan Jalandhar Coverage

 On 30^th October Mr. Raman Kumar, a famous Television Personality from Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar came to our school to cover the progress of Eklavya Enterprise. Students of class IX and X gave presentation through PPT and explained about the Eklavya Enterprise form, Pledge and Receipt Book. Students highlighted Eklavya Enterprise Blog also. They showed various Toxic E- Waste materials like discarded CD’s, Mobile Phones, Mouse, Speakers, Cartridges , batteries, Sim Cards, Chargers and many other things  received by the Enterprise. Students elucidate the harmful effects of the toxic E- waste to the environment and to  the well being of the humanity

 Mr. Raman Kumar highly appreciated the efforts of the students and the teachers and has invited the students of Eklavya Enterprise to Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar and gives presentation to the other departments of DDK Jalandhar. It was a proud moment for the students and the school. 

It was a unique experience for the students as they faced the professional camera for the National Channel for the first time. It also helped us to give exposure to our Eklavya Enterprise and to appeal the masses through the broadcast media. The programme will be telecasted on 31^st October at 5.30pm on DD PUNJABI and Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar
