A RALLY WAS TAKEN OUT BY EKLAVYA ENTERPRISE TEAM TO MAKE EVERYBODY AWARE ABOUT THE  IMPORTANCE OF ENERGY RESOURCES.A STRONG MESSAGE WAS GIVEN TO SAVE ENERGY RESOURCES FOR THE COMING GENERATIONS. 

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Yesterday we visited BIG FM. It was a great experience for all of us. We met  famous R.J's of Jalandhar Mr. Sufi Ahuja and Mr. Jassi. They were very  friendly with us.  They signed the pledge and filled the form also. They really liked the E- Waste Presentation given by the students. The recording of the Presentation will be soon on air. 

OUR VISIT TO BIG FM (Radio Station)

On 10th December students of class 9 and 10 along with the teachers are going to visit BIG FM (one of the famous channels of Radio Station Jalandhar). Students are very excited as it will be there first visit to Radio Station. They all have prepared their presentations and they are ready to answer the queries. They are going to carry Eklavya Enterprise CD, Poster, Pledge and Form.

Our Plannings

Doordarshan Coverage was liked by everyone. Parents also appreciated the efforts of the students. It really boosted the morale of our students. 
Now we are planning to visit Doordarshan Kender Jalandhar, NIIT Jalandhar and Mayor's office(Jalandhar)  as soon as possible.

Doordarshan Jalandhar Coverage

 On 30^th October Mr. Raman Kumar, a famous Television Personality from Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar came to our school to cover the progress of Eklavya Enterprise. Students of class IX and X gave presentation through PPT and explained about the Eklavya Enterprise form, Pledge and Receipt Book. Students highlighted Eklavya Enterprise Blog also. They showed various Toxic E- Waste materials like discarded CD’s, Mobile Phones, Mouse, Speakers, Cartridges , batteries, Sim Cards, Chargers and many other things  received by the Enterprise. Students elucidate the harmful effects of the toxic E- waste to the environment and to  the well being of the humanity

 Mr. Raman Kumar highly appreciated the efforts of the students and the teachers and has invited the students of Eklavya Enterprise to Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar and gives presentation to the other departments of DDK Jalandhar. It was a proud moment for the students and the school. 

It was a unique experience for the students as they faced the professional camera for the National Channel for the first time. It also helped us to give exposure to our Eklavya Enterprise and to appeal the masses through the broadcast media. The programme will be telecasted on 31^st October at 5.30pm on DD PUNJABI and Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar

                                  The members of Axis Bank  signed the                                    Pledge and filled the form. Students were very confident and excited and they pasted Poster also.    

My Visit to Lions Bhawan, Lajpat Nagar, Jalandhar

Yesterday I went to Lions Bhawan to attend 35th Stephens Distribution Function and I gave presentation on Eklavya Enterprise there. It was very good experience. All the dignitaries of Jalandhar city were present there and they liked the concept of making Eklavya Enterprise very much. I gave Eklavya Enterprise's  posters and CDs to the Chief Guest of the function Mr. Jyoti Prakash and to the other respectable members who were present there.The members of Lions Bhawan were very co-operative and they also requested everybody to support this initiative taken by Eklavya School.

Students' Efforts

Students are putting their best efforts for their Enterprise. They are covering various organizations including Cyber Cafes and Banks. Let us all wish them BEST OF LUCK

Exams Are Over

Now the school's mid term exams are over. Students are free and they are ready to continue their business. Once again in the meeting the role of the students was explained to them. Today we will give them Posters, Pledge and Form. They all are very optimistic and enthusiastic. Hoping to get the good results soon from their side also.

Teachers Efforts

Our school teachers are giving their full support. They are personally going to various organisations and giving Power Point Presentation and sticking Posters there.They are also getting required informations from the organisations.

Our Customers

We have made  Eklavya Enterprise Receipt Book and we have started receiving E-Wastage from the various organisations also. People are coming forward to support our business motive.Feeling excited. 

Next Step

Power Point Presentation, Posters, Pledge and forms have been given to all the Educators. We will try to cover maximum organisations of Jalandhar in this month. Everybody is putting their 100%. Hope to get the good results soon.

HRD Discussion

Now the Poster, Power Point Presentation, Pledge and Forms are ready. Yesterday in the school's meeting our Director Ma'am discussed the whole business plan with all the staff members in detail.The basic motive and  importance of our Eklavya Enterprise was explained and it forced everybody to think about their responsiblity towards the society. The involvement of the students was explained and various queries were also sorted out.

Our Progress

We have made PowerPoint Presentation about Eklavya Enterprise. It consists all the necessary information.We hope it will be very helpful for us to explain our business motive to anybody. Yesterday our business plan was discussed in the school's meeting also. The whole process was  explained to everybody. Various queries were sorted out.  

Today we have finalized the poster design for our Eklavya Enterprise. It was a big task but finally it is done now we will send it for printing. We are also working on the Powerpoint Presentation to make our business plan more clear to everybody.We will cover most of the organisations of Jalandhar city  and try to make them aware about the importance of our business plan.

The Eklavya E-Waste recycling collection enterprise seeks to engage students and local organizations in collection and proper disposal of e-waste in collaboration with Government Registered Toxic E-Waste Recyclers.  We will be chronicling our progress and activities on this online blog.
